Distinct Group Expands into the UAE: Elevating Facilities Management in Dubai
With a strong foundation built on our core values, Distinct Group is proud to announce its expansion into the UAE, beginning in Dubai, with a vision to raise the bar for facilities management across the region.
Over the past few months, we’ve been laying the groundwork for this exciting step, driven by the encouragement of several luxury retail and corporate clients who wanted to see the same high standards of service we provide in the UK brought to the UAE. Since April, we’ve been steadily building our presence in Dubai, with plans to expand further across the region.
A People-First Approach
A key factor in our success has been our Operations Manager, Tanita, whose leadership and determination have been instrumental in this transition. From the very start, our directors, Craig and Darren, have taken a hands-on approach—personally training our new team and ensuring that every individual embodies the Distinct ethos.
Launching in Dubai has presented unique challenges, from navigating new regulations to adapting to cultural and industry differences. However, one area where we’ve made an immediate impact is in how we support our people. At Distinct Group, we believe that our people are our greatest asset, and their dedication is what drives our success.

We’ve invested in best-in-class equipment to maintain the highest standards in luxury environments. Darren himself has been on-site, demonstrating the use of the SEBO (UK) Ltd XB30—specialist carpet cleaning equipment that ensures pristine results in luxury retail and commercial spaces.
