We are delighted to announce the launch of our Private Health Plan, available to all employees who have successfully passed their probation. At Distinct Group, we believe that looking after our people means looking after our future, and this new plan is a testament to that belief.

The Private Health Plan offers support for a wide range of healthcare needs, from everyday essentials to more specialised services. Employees can claim benefits for dental, optical, and combined physiotherapy services, as well as chiropody, health and wellbeing, and health screenings. Additionally, our team members have access to specialist consultations and scanning, including CT scans, mammograms, and more. Personal accident protection and dental accident cover are also included, providing peace of mind in unexpected situations.
